Terms of Service

Morph lets you upload 3D models, build product customizers, and embed a 3D + AR configurator in your Shopify storefront. Features available to you depend on your plan.

You keep all rights to the 3D models, images, and text you upload. You're responsible for having the rights to use that content, and for the products you sell through it. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and display your content within your store.

Don't use Morph to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious files, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Morph offers a free seven-day trial with one photo-to-3D generation total. No payment approval is required to start the trial. Access starts when you select Start free trial and ends after seven days unless you separately approve a monthly plan. The trial does not renew or automatically convert. Starter is $29 and Professional is $49 every 30 days, with no additional free trial. Shopify processes all charges and displays them on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your monthly plan in Morph's Plans page. Cancellation through Morph ends subscription access immediately and requests Shopify's prorated credit. Uninstalling ends access and stops future subscription renewals. Existing subscriptions retain their approved billing terms.

We work to keep Morph reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on Shopify, and on third-party hosting; downtime in those services can affect it.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, 8th Origin LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the prior three months.

You can stop using Morph and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. On termination, your configurator data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after changes means you accept them.
